The Project

Sam Smith Farmers Market is a non-profit farmers market located in South Etobicoke. As a startup venture, they needed a complete marketing solution from the ground up.

The logo was created with a whimsical, home-grown feel, using a hand-written font. The accompanying icons of farm doodles were used to elicit a fresh, graphic approach to the overall brand.

In designing the poster and digital assets, the look was kept very graphic and simple for legibility and consistency.

The website was built in WordPress so the client could easily update and includes a Google map, blog, vendors page and contact form.
